Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing npaust.com.au or placing an order with National Promotions Australia ("NPA", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to final confirmation of specifications, quantity and artwork. Prices exclude GST unless stated and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed only once a signed quote/order form and required deposit (where applicable) are received. Full payment is generally required prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been separately agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods listed at checkout or on your invoice.

4. Artwork and branding

You warrant that all artwork, logos and branding supplied for decoration do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and you indemnify NPA against any claim arising from their use. We will provide a proof for approval prior to production; production does not commence until written approval is received.

5. Production and lead times

Lead times quoted are estimates only, commencing from artwork approval and (where applicable) receipt of deposit. NPA is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, freight carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Product variation

Due to the nature of custom decoration and bulk manufacturing, minor variations in colour, size and finish between samples and final goods may occur and do not constitute a defect. Quantities delivered may vary by up to 5% from the quantity ordered, and invoicing will reflect quantity actually supplied.

7. Cancellations

Orders cancelled after artwork approval or after production has commenced may incur charges for costs already reasonably incurred, including artwork, tooling and part-completed goods.

8. Returns and faulty goods

Custom-branded products cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty or defective goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NPA's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods or services is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the goods/services or the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

All content on npaust.com.au, including text, images and design, remains the property of NPA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
